DigiKits sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
How delivery works
- After successful payment, the files (or a secure download link) are sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
- Delivery time: usually within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Download links remain valid for at least 30 days. If a link expires, write to us and we will resend it.
If you don't receive your files
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email isn't there within 24 hours, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL, e.g. hello@digikits.in] or call [+91 support phone number] with your Razorpay payment ID and we will resend the files. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where we deliver
Files are delivered by email worldwide. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (₹).
Pre-launch products
Products marked "Launching soon" cannot be bought yet. Joining the waitlist only sends you an email when the product is released.
