Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), netbanking and wallets. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. DigiKits never sees or stores your card or UPI details.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout is guest-only: you enter your name, email and mobile number and pay on Razorpay's secure page.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no extra charges at checkout.
Delivery
How will I receive the files?
After successful payment, a download link (or the files) is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. There is no physical shipping.
I haven't received my files.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If the email isn't there within 24 hours, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID (starts with "pay_") and we will resend it.
Can I buy a product marked "Launching soon"?
Not yet. Use "Notify me" to get an email when it is released. No payment is taken for the waitlist.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Digital files are non-refundable once delivered. We refund in full for a corrupt file or wrong file we can't replace within 3 working days, non-delivery, or a duplicate payment. Write to us within 7 days of payment.
How long does a refund take?
We decide within 3 working days, start the refund within 2 working days of approval, and it usually reaches your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Invoices and GST
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Razorpay emails a payment receipt automatically after payment.
Can I get a GST invoice?
A tax invoice is available on request. Email us with your payment ID, and your GSTIN if you want it on the invoice.
Files and use
What file formats do you use?
Spreadsheets are .xlsx (Microsoft Excel 2016 or later; most also work in Google Sheets). Documents are .docx and/or PDF. The format of each kit is listed on its product page.
Are the files locked?
No macros and no passwords. Input cells are clearly marked and formulas are visible.
Can I use the files for client work?
Yes, within your own work. You may not resell, share or republish the files. See the Terms & Conditions.
